Default unable to disable password - 12-04-2008, 09:45 AM

I bought a used blackberry, it seem that the previous user use bes. si actually i always have to enter a password to use my blackberry, ans it really dont apreciate it.

i wipped the blackberry, but it doesn't change anything.

is their any solution???

You need to overwrite the current IT Policy on your device with a blank IT Policy.

Or you could use method 1 of John Clark's procedure, which will remove the policy all-together. This is if your device is at OS 4.5+

Use JL_Cmdr to perform a "reset to factory."

Treat your password like your toothbrush. Don't let anybody else use it, and get a new one every six months.
