Lightbulb Clearing Device Memory - 06-30-2009, 03:53 PM

Is there an easy way to manage the content on the device memory? I have a microSD card now, but when I got my 8830, I did not, so I put some photo's and songs on the device memory. This obvously is eating up alot of app space...

Not real sure what you are asking about an "easy way". The old fashioned way always works for me - i.e. moving ringtones, pictures, music, etc. to the SD card will definitely free up system memory on the device itself.

See the Sticky Thread on Losing Call logs, etc., at the top of our General section here.

It has everything you will need to know.

Make sure you clear out your Browser Cache, remove any un-unused 3rd party apps, do a battery pull and check your file free.

Check the memory thread is also a great place to go!
