If you have a media card in it, remove it

It may need to be reformatted or just a bad card. I do not have a BB with a virus. Remove the card and monitor your device. If its the card, then this is a simple problem

A bad card is a possible cause of the problem, it is not uncommon, and it is easy enough to test, thus it is one of the first things to look at. That's why akosnitzsky suggested it.
