Default after drop battery life going quickly - 07-11-2009, 07:07 PM

I know their are numerous posts on battery life however this is a little different
After my 8830 fell and the battery came out I simply put it back in a rebooted it no problem. Since then the batter life is draining very quickly and I have even tried a different battery. The only running apps are BB Browser, messages, phone, and home screen when you do the cycle through open apps. I notice that pocket express icon on my screen now however I have not even logged in or chose accept on it so I do not think that is it.
I do not use the gps nav, and again this only started after the drop before that it was fine now I am losing over 50% overnight from a full charge
Where to start?

That's really strange (and unfortunate). Are you still under warranty? I would have a technician take a look.

I may have to do that although I am not sure of getting a loaner and I pretty much need it for work.
Hoping someone might have some suggestions
