Welcome to the forums.

Where are your contacts stored on your computer? Are they in Outlook?

Install Desktop Manager to your PC
BlackBerry Desktop Manager Downloads - BlackBerryFAQ

Then configure it to sync with Outlook.

Within DM, click on the synchronization icon, then under configuration, click on synchronization. I am using DM 4.7, but it should be similar.

The same way. You could sync to your outlook.

Or create a backup of your data.
