Might have an IT Policy if it was on BES. Check the FAQ for an article - "Remove IT Policy"

Hello, i have a similar problem.

I bought a BB8820 unlooked, i can dial but i can't use the blackberry plan for internet and mail, because my company told me, my ID have to be 174 and not 302. because i bought the mobile in USA, and i 'm from chile. what can i do to change the ID.
You can see the ID pushing Alt+aA+H at the same time.

I had the same exact problem today. Here is how to fix it - Just go into email settings and validate accounts. If that does not work then delete your email accounts and add them back in. I came to this conclusion after reloading the os, resending service books etc. I hope this helps
