I Tried Backing Up Data On A Black Berry Device And The System Requested For Password Which Was Incorrectly Inputed Several Times.the Device Is Requesting I Type 'blackberry' Which Will Wipe The Whole Data In The Hand Held.
How Do I Move Forward Without Deleting The Data In The Device?

You can't. You must get the password correct or it will wipe.

That's the whole point of RIM's security features.

Without knowing the correct password, you cannot access the data in any way, including a backup.

Typing 'blackberry' will not wipe your device. It is a way to verify that you are indeed a human typing the password in and not necessarily random keys being pressed while the device is in your pocket.

Typing an incorrect password beyond the allowable limits set by your IT Policy WILL wipe the device.

Please don't type in caps as it is taken a shouting. Type blackberry as it states to determine you don't have caps lock on your device as well.
