Default new 8830 not receiving emails - 10-23-2009, 10:19 AM

On Monday my friend got a new phone because something was wrong with his old one. Since that switch, he has not received any of his yahoo emails.

The folder is on his phone, the emails prior to Monday are there, but not a single one has been received since. Also, he's been receiving duplicate texts from me and only me since Monday. No one else that I text is receiving dupe texts from me. He's on Sprint. He isn't techie patient at all, but hasn't yet made it back to the store to have them fix all that's wrong with the new phone (his phone won't ring either).

Any suggestions for the email issue?

Thank you.

Did he log into his BIS account and switch the devices there?

The difference between stupidity and genius is that genius has its limits.
When you take things for granted, the things you are granted, get taken.
