Default Earlier User's Messages on used 8800 - 11-07-2009, 12:07 AM

Guys, I have a used BB 8800. The prob is though I have configured my device to my emails I still receive message notifications of the earlier user. Such earlier user' notifications appear in my Messages icon and not in my emai icons. I have wiped the device twise but the problem still persists. I receive lots of emails per day and the earlier user also seems to receive a lot, therefore clearing the system takes substantial time at the end of each day.
Could anyone help me on how to do this??

Wirelessly posted

You need to get the previous user to clear the information from within the BIS setup.

The previous owner must call their carrier and have them cancel the BIS account.
