Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry7290/4.0.2 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1)

I heard the 8800 w/out camera will be end of Jan. 8800 w/ camera in April?

Right now, it's all rumors. Nothing have been confirmed yet.

If you can't wait, you should have got the 8100. Unless of course, you have to have a full size keyboard.

I went from the 7290 to 8100.

The upcoming 8800 is just like the 8100. The only difference is, the 8800 will have a full size keyboard, Wi-Fi, a choice with or without a camera, and video recording.

LOL... I actually talked to someone at TMO today... Not a big wig but out of the 7 employees they had working 0 had heard of the 8800? SO I guess i would have to say that a date isn't out there yet.

Any date would be pure speculation. Lots of people will tell you when their grandma said it will release but even T-Mo has most likey not set a hard date yet.

Your life will simply have to move on till sometime in the first quarter of 2007. I am hoping Cingular gets it first or at worst the same time.

All I have to say to that title is......get in line. Nobody knows anything except that the release date is Q1 of 2007. So your guess is as good as the next guys opinion, unless we get some insider information.

All us T-Mobile customers are desperately watching and waiting for it to appear on their website or in their stores.

I was waiting for the 8100, but heard about the 8800. I decided that I want full QWERTY, so I'm patiently waiting.

I heard February for the Indigo, and April for the Crimson. But, if it is sooner, I'm not complaining.

Speaking of insider, I wish we had a T-Mobile rep. That would really be nice in making the waiting go faster.

You heard, I heard, we all heard.

Bottom line. There is no exact date yet. Period. As there's nothing but speculation, and nothing new that you can't find in all the other threads here, there's no point in keeping it open.
