Default Can't Get MMS To Work on 8800 - 02-23-2007, 08:26 AM

I cannot get the MMS function to work on the 8800. When someone sends me a MMS message (photo) from their camera phone to me (as an example), the photo will not download. I have also tried to send the pre-loaded "birthday" and that MMS will not go through. Keeps getting 'X' beside messasage when sent out.

Any ideas? BTW, I put my sim card back in my 8100 just to make sure I am not having a network probelm & I can send and receive photo's with no probelm on the 8100.

Thanks... that helped me too! Gotta luv it when settings are just blank when you buy a phone that's packaged and designed for a particular carrier...

Check the settings (spelling, capitalization, etc).

When I first did this a while ago, it didn't work either. While double checking settings I found that I typed something wrong.
