BlackBerryCool » T-Mobile BlackBerry 8800 coming in April

From BlackberryCool...

I think this is as close to confirmed as we’ll get for the next little while. An email’s been sent out to T-Mobile customers, one brought to attention by our new favourite BBCool reader Darien, and one that lends some 8800 info - it’s coming, it’s coming.

As you know T-Mobile USA has been working to stay on the cutting edge of the wireless industry. To this end we have been working to introduce products that will showcase our position as the premier carrier in the US…

…the second link (to BlackBerry8800.com - Steve) gives you a look at the newest BlackBerry - the BlackBerry 8800 that will be released in April. It has the full keyboard like the BlackBerry 8700 in a sleek case like the BlackBerry Pearl.

Think of it as only a few weeks away, folks.

^ With Sprint and Verizon just behind TMobile's launch with the CDMA/GSM hybrid.

Sprint and Verizon are *usually* way behind the grid when it comes to BB's.... I hope they get it fast but would not hold my breath waiting for one from them....

What is the point in your threa? Are you *really* asking when T-Mobile is getting the 8800 or was the point to to bash T-Mobile? After all, half of the posts in this forum are discussing when other carriers are getting the 8800.

Verizon's Roadmap has been leaked for some time now. Their 88xx is slotted for Q207. Don't ask me to PM it to you. ;)

In both cases, RIM had to have advanced proto devices for their year-long trek to implementation.

I can't believe you actually took the time out to ridicule my post.
My point wasn't to "bash" shiT-Mobile. IMVHO, and I am stuck for another year, their service is shit.

he's right and you won't have to hold your breath. Both Verizon and Sprint will have it in Q2.

Yes, that is your opinion. I personally love T-Mobile, and their service has been great everywhere I have been in the last 5 years.

This will be the last device RIM releases on an exclusivity basis to the carriers.

The same Palm that's dying a slow, agonizing death?
