Default Benefits of Unlocking! - 02-28-2007, 06:40 PM

I ordered my 8800 should be here tomorrow. I am switching back to BB from Symbian S60 and would like to know all the benefits beside moving between carriers. Does allow other themes, programs etc......Thanks

"Unlocking" only allows you to use other carrier's sim cards in the BB. That's it.

You don't need to unlock in order to load other themes and programs.

unlocking lets you use local sims when you travel, or even switch between cingular & T-mobile when you are in the states.
