This is my first BB with voice calling and telenav and am wondering if the sound quality is a problem with my BB, the software or am I just used to the voice command quality I had with my Garmin? The voice commands are understandable but somewhat garbled. Any thoughts? Thanks!

I thought it was because the speaker is under the case with no openings and that was causing some of the distortion?

You don't have the volume turned up too high, do you? My voice prompts aren't crystal clear but I don't really expect them to be...

When i turn the volume down, the voice prompts are clearer. Thanks.
