miniSD is available up to 4gb in non SD HC format. but as was mentioned earlier, the 8800 uses microSD.

4gb and 8gb will be available this year.... Also Their is a 32gb Microsd that is in the works... I know a bunch of you will not believe me about the 32gb but it is true and it will be available in near future........

and it will work with devices that support SDHC. In other words, nothing!
