Default Error when dialing from phone - 03-12-2007, 03:21 PM

I have several entries in my phone book that start with a letter and have a number in it. In this case, the letter E and the number 2. For example, let's say I have an address book entry of "E2."

If I want to dial 222-222-2222 (or any other phone number starting with the number 2), my phone will give me this error:

"Uncaught exception: java.lang.ClassCastException"

I investigated the issue further and found that it was getting confused as it tried to match the number I was typing with a matching address book entry. With this problem I was never able to dial a number starting with a 2. I had to rename the address book entry into something entirely different to avoid this.

Anyone else have this problem? Is there someone we could report this problem to?
