Default USB Driver for 8800 Device - 03-19-2007, 08:14 AM

As has been logged by a couple of previous users I am having problems charging the 8800 device using a USB cable resulting in the following error; usb charging current is not sufficient. verify that your handheld is connected to a powered usb charging source and that the proper usb driver is installed.

My users do not have Desktop/Device Manager installed on their PCs and they are not able to access Windows Updater to get the latest drivers.

Is anyone aware where I can download the relevant USB Driver from thus removing the need to reinstall Destop Manager.

Many Thanks

Install Desktop Manger (or Device Manager) on your PC and go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\USB Drivers.
