Default USB charge w/o installing Desktop Manager? - 04-29-2007, 05:58 AM

My wall charger is at the office, so I'd like to use the USB cable to charge from my home PC.

However, my BlackBerry is synced to a corporate enterprise account (BES) and I don't want to have to install Desktop Manager on my home PC because it appears to muck up my company's BES settings.

Is there a way to simply install a "USB Charger" driver, without having to install the bloated Blackberry Desktop Manager? I just want to charge my phone at home, not sync it!

Thanks!
Seymou

You can download just the "Modem and USB drivers" from here:
https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads...93E4F3BB068C22

The site is down at the moment, but when it comes back up, select Desktop Manager 4.2 Service Pack 1 from the drop down list, hit the button and the above will be in the list of downloads.
