Hey guys...first time to post...

I have the new 8800 and I upgraded because I thought it would handle my corporate voicemails that are delivered to my email. Every time I am sent an email from our voice provider (in MP3, WMA, or WAV) it simply strips the attachment. Is this the case for anyone else?

HELP!!!! I am quickly regretting the $350 upgrade!

Is the attachment type allowed on the BES? We could see it in the possible attachment types but it had to be added before it would work

I just found out from RIM that the new BlackBerry Internet Service 2.3 will fix this. It should be release here in North America in the next few weeks. It is currently avaliable in EU and Asia.

and to think...I was actually thinking about returning my 8800!!!!
