Default Setting up a "boss filter" - 05-25-2007, 03:47 PM

I'd like to set up my messages so that anytime my boss emails me, the LED alert flashes and/or the message is somehow flagged as important in my message list. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Art

You can flag them as "Level 1" and then all sorts of fun stuff (like the message is in bold red) will happen. This is done by setting a filter. See the online help on the BlackBerry for more information on setting a Level 1 filter.

Make his email address a Level 1 message. You can set a different ring or alert for Level 1 messages. Are you on BES or BIS?
