I tried to order an 8800 from TMo this afternoon, and they confused the heck out of me re: plans. Also, the person d/n know what came in the box.

First, is a case included or do you have to order it? I checked th BB site, and no mention is made of any type of case as included accessories.

Second, re: plans. I am going to have a hosted BES, and the TMo rep said I d/n need any BES plan. This is exactly opposite of what I thought, but he was so positive. Additionally, the hosting company indicated that I had to have BES activated

It was taking so long to place this order, I had to hang up to get to my meeting. I was going to try again tomorrow, but wanted to be ready with information.

Not sure if it comes with a holster or not. But you do need the BlackBerry Enterprise Data Plan if your going to connect to a BES server. Should be about $40/month. Sounds like the person you talked to doesnt really know anything about BlackBerry devices.

It does come with a holster and I have the Blackberry minutes and mail plan. This is1000anytime minutes with unlimited text,mms, and of course pin.This is for $59/mo. This is thru T-mobile plans.
