I have a user that would like to use her 8800 to check her earthlink webmail via the blackberry internet browser. However when she enters her credentials she is unable to go anywhere after clicking the login button. Is earthlink webmail blackberry friendly or should I just setup a filter so that her emails are forwarded to the device?

Why not do it via BIS? Comes directly without having to hit the browser.

I would love to but they are currently running BES Express.
