BIS Password Issues -

Hi,
We have 3 Blackberry's that are connected to o2's Blackberry Internet Server. Emails are pushed from our Exchange server to the Blackberry's. Every other day (normally in the early hours of the morning) the Blackberry's stop working and a message appears saying.
"This email account is no longer assessible by your Blackberry device. This issue is likely caused by a recent change to the password used to access this account. Please verify that the password is correct"
The problem is resolved by retyping the password on o2's BIS. I have spoken to o2 and they say that the problem lies with our Windows 2003 Server?
Can anyone help resolve this problem?
