OK, got the redirector working with the corporate email. Would like to be able to get my personal gmail as well. What is my best way to do this?

Download the GMail BB app from Gmail

It will allow you alot of the functionality of gmail itself such as adding stars and archiving, also keeps your personal email separate from work.

Or you could probably setup BIS to get gmail from POP3 and redirect it, but that is less functional and kind of the long way around.
