Received an email from rim stating the software on Verizon's site should fix the sync problem, Version 4.2.2.66 platform 3.0.0.45 it worked great for me.

I didn't check mine but was one of the first one to get it via buisness account. i was not goinig to update but was contacted by rim via email after my initial phone call and was told to upgade. since then everything has been working great.
