Since the VZW release that fixed the calandar issue (I just resent the service books) I haven't been able to get a single video file to 'convert'...it just says it failed to convert the file. I tried files I know worked before and now they won't work. I tried all types of video files, small and big, and nothing.

Any ideas?

EDIT: Tried a battery pull, still no luck. I can simply send the file to the BB using the media manager, but they won't play unless they are converted and they won't convert.

Sorry, you're right, the link doesn't work. It should though, I had the same problem and that's where I got mine from. I've found another source for it here: habbo.com/home/verizon

That link doesn't work either, it's some sort of social community.
