Install the latest version of Desktop Manager ver. 4.2 Service Pack 2). Open and configure the sync method, and proceed. It is an easy seamless process.
You will need to set up each email address in BIS so that email will be automatically forwarded to your BB. Make sure you set up Outlook to "Leave Messages on Server" (Under the Advanced Tab in Outlook's email setup) for each each email address you put on the BB. Otherwise some email will be sent tot he BB and other will not make it since they hit your PC first.
