Default Email questions - 07-27-2007, 08:44 AM

Hey

I just got an 8830 through Verizon yesterday and have a few questions.

I have my MSN email set up and its either not getting my emails or its very delayed. I set it up through the Setup Wizard, maybe that wasnt the right way to do it?

I have 2 mor eI need to add and I cant for the life of me find the Setup Internet Email icon. Maybe I need glasses but I dont think so.

Thanks for any help, sorry they are total new guy questions. I did do a search but got 11 pages to try and wade through.....

Did you go to the verizon website or the icon on your blackberry? First you have to create an email for yourself that is @vzw.blackberry.net. From there you can sign in and create all of your other "linked" accounts.

No, you don't HAVE to create the vzw address, but you can.

Rebo, the icon on your BB could be hidden, or in a folder. (unhide--press ALT and the menu button to SHOW ALL). It could be in the Setup Folder, if you have such a folder on your BB.

And you can sign in to your account at the website from any computer.
