Default contact sync problem - 07-28-2007, 05:41 PM

For some reason my contact sync on my 8830 has stop working (Office 2007).

I am on BES and it has been working fine until now (calender sync is ok).

Any suggestions?

Is wireless reconcile turned on under options? Go to your contact list, click the menu key (left of trackball) and select Options. Make sure "Wireless Syncronization" is still set to "Yes."

I am not showing an option for "Wireless Syncronization" in the address book.

I checked the calender option and did find it there.

More confused.

Contact your IT department to make sure it's enabled on their end and resend you the service books.

I have the option, but my colleagues and I are both not getting a good bidirectional wireless sync. we have the option enabled in bes and on our handhelds.

Normally, I'd say this has relevance but we all recently changed blackberrys. i came from a 7290 -> 8700 -> 8300 (long story). my other colleague, 8700 -> 8830. third, an 8700 -> 8300

I'm having the same issue as the dude above - if anyone else has encountered this issue recently, please advise. thank you~
