I just got the 8830, replacing my palm.

I use tasks heavily in outook, and I use the reminder date & time to organize my tasks, often with the reminder flag off. When synching to the 8830, if the outlook reminder flag is off, the reminder date/time seems to be dropped in the transfer to the 8830 - and if you modify a task and it transfers back to outlook the reminder date/time is blanked out

1)Is there a way to get the time/date to travel even if the reminder flag is off?
2)Is there a task manager for 8830 which interfaces with outlooks and use both date and time to organizes tasks?
