Default Uncaught exception:java.lang.classcastexception PROBLEM - 07-29-2007, 08:39 PM

ok this is the first time I really had problems with my backberry 8800. I havent installed any new programs or anything just one day i was deleting some contacts and this error popped up. Uncaught exception:java.lang.classcastexception.The below this message it says [ok]. I try pressing the [ok] button but it wont let me take this message off. While this message is popped up i cant do anything and it wont go away. Do i have to install a new os or something cause i have never done anything like that. I have tried powering off and on and see if it goes away but it doesnt evenn if i take out battery. I dont know what is going on with it but if anyone can help me and tell me how to reset it or anything i dont have any info that i need so it doesnt matter if ur idea has to do with erasing all contacts and everything but i just want to know how to just use this phone normal without this message. Thank you for your time.
