Dear All,

I have turned on my BlackBerry 8800 device to find that it will not complete start up, all I can use is the CAPS and ALT keys, just displays the hours glass, and a completely white screen, it has been doing this for the last 4 hours!

Please could someone help?

The last time I saw this happen to me was after an OS update. I ultimately had to roll-back the update to get it working correctly again.
