Default Can't get the battery pack off. - 08-17-2007, 08:25 PM

I need help.. trying to put in a sd mem card and cant get the battery door open. I looked in the book na dim trying pushing the middle thing on the back and if thats button it doesn't budge...

Just get your fingernail in the little square BB symbol on the back and pull it down.

Thanks I used a guitar pic and put it between the lower half and the top and barely used any pressure and it slip off.

The back cover has 3 clips middle 2 sides, if you can put the face of the phone in a towle and use you palm to remove the back cove. Hope this helps

If you push too hard on the button, it will not open.
