Hi,

I went and got a 4 gb card for my 8800. Got music on it and hooked it up to my head phones. I couldn't get it loud enough. I then plugged my head phones into my Sansa media player. No problem with volume. I also hooked the 8800 up to my stereo like I do with my Sansa. Still not able to make it loud enough. I am not asking for earth shattering loud here, but enough to be able to rock moderately..

I do of course know where the volume buttons are, so it's not that. Any master volume switch/control somewhere on the 8800 that I do not know about? I remember on some Motorolas you could get them louder or less loud by changing a config file. Anything like that for the 8800?
