Hi. I tried to connect to a conference call last week, but when I typed the keys to "enter the conference call code" the touch tones did not transmit. The small font numbers did appear at the bottom of the screen, so I know I was indeed in numeric mode. However, I couldn't hear the touch tones and apparently neither could the conference call system.

There have been other times where this has worked with the same system. Further, I have experienced the same problem when trying to dial through automated response systems ("press 1 for...", etc.) where sometimes the touch tone plays and sometimes it doesn't.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any fixes/patches?

Note that I have tried this both using the phone directly and using a Moto BT headphone, so the BT doesn't seem to make a difference.
