Default something loose inside 8830?? - 08-20-2007, 02:02 PM

I got my phone about a month ago and I've only dropped in 2 maybe 3 times, and not too hard..barely any cosmetic damage and everything workds fine, but when I shake it I can hear something loose inside. Not sure if this was there before or not, but I was wondering if anayone elses does the same?

I've held the battery cover whilse shaking, track ball, keys, etc..seems like it's inside..

maybe I'm just being anal, but I love the phone! haha

Don't shake it!

Just kidding....probably something broke off inside. The only way to get rid of it is to disassemble it and find the broken piece. It's probably not worth it.

Most likely some little tab off of something that will never matter anyway.

Maybe you need a small Bolivian to do an undercarriage road test drive on your BB?
Luis? Yes, a Peruvian will do in a pinch.

try holding your trackball in place when you shake it. you might just be hearing the trackball moving around a little bit.

My 8830 Crackles alot (Cheap Plastic) --- When shaken it sounds like something loose, but in reality its just the plastic creaking because of the pressure of my hands ... Try holding on to it very softly and gently shaking it.
