Hi guys,

Just got my warranty replacement for my 8830 and want to transfer over everything to the new phone via pocketmac.

However, when I attach the new phone, it's not recognized. What do I have to do? Do I have to install a client on the 8830 for the synching process to take place? i don't remember what i had to do when i first got the 8830.
