What is the diffence with the bb email? I use a pop3 account and it is working fine I just do not have a signature etc.

Signature is setup at the BIS site.

At your BIS site where you setup the email to push from the POP account (on Verizon) you can edit, add or delete the signature for email to get.

Is that better than the email way i am using where it it going to my pop 3 account and grabbing my emails?

Your choice. I never had to grab my e-mail. My company e-mail is pushed, my GMail is pushed and my POP3 and Yahoo mail are pushed. Not delays.

Frankly, it is what the BB is best known for.

All BB email is PUSH from your email server to the BB via RIM servers, hence the 15 minute delay. The BB doesn't go grab email.
