Default Low Memory - 08-21-2007, 09:26 AM

Hello, received a message on screen, memory is low, remove unused language apps.....
1) How do you do this?

2) How do you view available and used memory on the device?

Thanks

Go to options > advanced options > applications and click on the apps you want to delete and select delete.

Hold Alt, Caps, H and it will show the memory. Remove the battery to help clear some memory!

1- Read and follow the instructions from the links below.

Why is my BlackBerry losing its call logs or message logs? - BlackBerryFAQ

2- Options > About.

Good luck.

If they are not under the applications, I am not sure. I never installed them when I upgraded my OS as I know I will never use them.

I don't understand how you can ask that after I just posted links outlining very clear and specific links to what you need. Have you even read the links yet?

They are not showing up after I follow those instruction, so I assume they are not installed on the device.
Thanks again
