Default Tmobile unlocked to AT&T - 08-21-2007, 11:09 AM

Does anyone have any experience using an unlocked Tmobile 8800 on AT&T network? I'm thinking of switching and would rather not buy a new phone. I'm pretty sure email will work, but I'm concerned that the Blackberry browser might not work properly.

You should not have any problems once you register your device (host routing table), login to AT&T BIS site and send service books

Service books configure the device so the BB itself and the OS on it don't matter. If you want to be safe then delete the service books before inserting the at&t SIM and powering up. Generally, the service books are pushed without any problems but there are plenty of posts here that are service book-related issues...

Default Again, thanks for the help - 08-22-2007, 12:00 PM

I'll take your advice and delete the service books before I put in a new SIM.
