Default Corporate E-Mail - 08-21-2007, 09:54 PM

I am unable to access my corporate e-mail with my blackberry. I have some co workers who can access the corp web e-mail site with their Motorola Q. It appears that the only difference between the 8830 and the Q is that the Q has the Active Sync. Does anyone know why it would work on the Q and not my 8830?

Because your BB has not been activated on the BES network?

Have you asked your IT peoples to setup your BB on it?
