After I upgraded the BES from 4.1.3 to 4.1.4 everything seems to be fine on the BES except that when I sent an mp3 file attachment to my 8800 mobile to test the new feature for the mp3 file support, it did not open the attachement, I received the message "An unknown error was encountered" when I tried to open the mp3 attachment. I did an attachment test for the mp3 file on the BES and it was successful. It seems strange that the 8800 can not open the mp3 file attachment. Should I delete the service book from the 8800 and resend it?
Any idea?
