Default The BIS option doesn't show up in my device !!! - 08-24-2007, 03:28 PM

I want to configure a new e-mail address in my device, and I looked at the manual. It suggests that I use Setup Wizard to select the BIS option, but only the BES option shows up!!
Does anyone have a solution for this?
Thanks in advance.

Sometimes that is hidden, or in the setup folder.

Or simply go to you carriers BIS website and set it up there.

How do I unhide it or find it? My account is corporate so contacting the carrier is quite complicated here in Brazil.

unhide: on the Homescreen, press Menu > Show All.

Look to see if you have a "setup" folder on your homescreen, or hidden. It varies according to the theme you are running.

If it's a corporate account, it's possible that the BIS service is restricted by IT policy. If it's not, then going to the BIS site should do the trick for you.

Great information !!! Thanks to you all...
I still have an issue because my phone was registered to Sprint and I need to unregister at Sprint so I can register online with Claro. Do you know how I can do that? Is there a way doing that online?
Thanks again !

I don't know about doing it online. You will likely need to call them to cancel the previous account, and to release the PIN.

Please don't triple post your question on the Forums here, thanks.
