I have a new 8800 and have the options set so that if I delete an email on the handheld it should also delete the message on the mail server (using BES and Lotus Notes). I have setup 6 other units for my users and set this option for all of them but the only unit this feature will not work on is mine.

I have completely wiped my handheld and desktop software and I have also had our IT folks remove and re-add me to the BES.

Any ideas why this feature may not be working? Is there some sort of setting in my user profile on the BES that may need to be changed?

I cannot stand Lotus Notes .... but I'll take a guess. Is your notes setup to use the Archive and pull emails or copy them into your archive at any interval?

Nope . . . scheduled archiving is not enabled.
