This is a strange one.

One of our VP's has the BB 8830, and I cannot figure this one out...

Whenever you go into his Address Book on the phone, no entires show up. He has no filters applied. However, if you do a lookup, type in the individuals name, it'll appear and you can call, email, etc...

I cannot find anything that is applied that would cause the phone to act this way.

Can anyone steer me in the right direction?

EDIT: Check that... for some reason it's not syncing the address book to the BB. However, whenever you do a lookup, it wireless pulls the lookup criteria from the Outlook Address Book...

EDIT 2: Upon looking through the BB settings even further, I found that the device never fully activated with our BES. However, it must have said it activated as there was no Enterprise Activation icon on the desktop. It was in the middle of initializing address book download when it must have froze? I tried to cancel the Enterprise Activation to no avail and thus had to wipe the BB and am starting over from scratch.
