So i want to setup another POP account on my 8830, but when I go to email settings and click new account...it says an account already exists for this PIN. I coulda sworn I can have more than just one POP account?

Go to email settings and login to your existing account. Then you should be able to add email accounts.

What you are doing is logging into the area to set up your BB BIS account. To set up email accounts, you will need to go to Verizon's BIS site, log in and set up your email accounts there - as many as 10.
