Default How do I get Oz Messenger - 09-02-2007, 05:13 PM

give me a link to where i can download a free aim messenger onto my 8800. what ever happened to the messenger client on the pearl. how come its not on the 8800

You should be able to download them directly from your phone or download the app on a computer and use the USB cable to install the app.

i tried downloadin it, it brings me to a screen that says "sorry, youre wireless service provider does not allow access to aol instant messenger for blackbery for your device." absurd.

There are licensing fees associated with the RIM clients. Carriers must pay to offer them in order to cover these costs.

I can't keep that crappy Oz Messenger off my device. I keep deleting the service book but it comes back any time the device reregisters.
