Although i receive emails almost instantly, i've tried composing my first test email from the BB.

So i sent a test email to my gmail account, and the email is still in my outbox/pending status on the BB for now 15 mins. Of course i have not yet recieved it on my gmail.

Do i have to change any setting to be able to SEND emails? Thanks

ok for some reason there was no internet on the BB!?!?!

after 20 mins i tried making a call and right away i see data transfer, and at that very moment internet got connected and the email was sent fine, and i recieved it on my gmail. Pretty weird.

Out of the 5 signal bars, i usually get only 3, even when im outside - absolutely no tall buildings or anything around - i still get 3 bars at best, is this normal?

Just depends on how far away from a cell tower you are.
