Default Notification light stuck on red? - 09-16-2007, 06:24 PM

I'm a complete BB noob, so please be patient with me.

My notification light on the top of the BB is stuck on red -- it's been like this for over an hour now. There's no missed calls, or any form of unread messages. I have full connection to the service provider, too.

Any ideas?

Welcome to the forums.

If it were me, I'd do a hard reboot by removing/reinserting the battery.

Pull the battery and leave it out for about 30 seconds... Put it back in and the device will reboot...

Another way, is to turn the coverage LED on, save, turn it off, and save again.
