BB8800 as a modem - others BBs works, mine does NOT!

Dear BB gurus!

I can't make my BB8800 work as a modem on my laptop.
Please note, I am an IT guy so I know how to do Laptop side...
However, when I connect any other BB (older models, such 8700 or even 8300) to my laptop, they all work great!!!
Means, my settings are OK on my laptop, something wrong with my BB8800

I am in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, my provider is Rogers.
Like I said, when I connect my colleagues BBs, all of them works.
When I connect my 8800, I'll get error 692
(the same when I just test query modem via Control Panel)

Is this a B8800 limitation, or am I missing something on my BB?
What should I check/change on my B8800 to make it work?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!
